Questions from dent technicians
Is it only for paintless dent repair?
No. It’s built for SMART repair as a whole, so the same app handles dents, paint and bumper scuffs, alloy wheels and interiors. If your technicians do different kinds of work, note who does what and the office is warned if a dent job goes to someone who doesn’t do dents.
Does it have a dent-size price matrix?
No. There’s no hail or dent-size matrix. You set your own price list, and pick from it when quoting or booking.
What if a dent can’t be fully removed?
The customer can accept the repair with conditions on the satisfaction form, with the reason ticked, so everyone knows where they stand. If it can’t be repaired at all, it’s marked with the reason and isn’t charged.
Does it work on iPhone?
Not yet. The technician app is for Android phones. The office website works on any computer, tablet or phone.
